Shipping
All pipes ship from Vermont via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your pipe is on its way.
Domestic (US): 2–3 business days typical. Shipping is included in the price.
International: Contact us before ordering. We can ship internationally but rates and timelines vary.
Returns & Exchanges
Every pipe is handmade and one-of-a-kind. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If there's an issue with your pipe — a defect, damage in shipping, or something that wasn't as described — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse on custom or one-of-a-kind items, but reach out if you have concerns. We're reasonable people.
FAQ
How do I buy a pipe?
Find a pipe you like, click "Buy Now," and you'll be taken to a secure checkout page powered by Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never see your card number.
Can I commission a custom pipe?
Possibly! Reach out on Instagram or by email and let's talk about what you're looking for. Custom work depends on materials and schedule.
What wood do you use?
Briar — both ebauchon and plateaux. The wood type is listed on every pipe page.
Why is a pipe marked "SOLD" still on the site?
Sold pipes stay in the archive as a portfolio of past work. It shows what we've made and gives you a sense of our style, even if that specific pipe is gone.
How do I know when new pipes drop?
Sign up for email notifications on the home page, or follow us on Instagram. We post every new pipe to both.
